Business Listing Terms

These Business Listing Terms apply to all businesses using GuideGuru, including Business Free and Business Pro accounts.

1. Business Accounts

GuideGuru currently offers:

• Business Free
• Business Pro

Features, visibility and promotional tools may vary between account types.

2. Listing Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by GuideGuru.

GuideGuru may approve, reject, request changes, suspend or remove listings at its discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Accuracy of Information

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to GuideGuru is accurate and up to date.

• Business name
• Contact details
• Website links
• Social media links
• Prices
• Images
• Descriptions
• Offers and promotions

GuideGuru is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect business information.

4. Listing Content Standards

Businesses may not submit content that is:

• False or misleading
• Defamatory
• Illegal
• Fraudulent
• Copyright infringing
• Offensive or harmful
• Designed to deceive users

GuideGuru may remove content that violates these standards without notice.

5. Promotions and Deals

Businesses remain responsible for honouring approved promotions published on GuideGuru.

Businesses must:

• Clearly communicate offer conditions.
• Provide advertised benefits.
• Redeem valid customer offers.
• Treat customers fairly.

Repeated failure to honour promotions may result in suspension.

6. Guru Games Participation

Businesses participating in Guru Games campaigns may sponsor prizes, rewards, vouchers, discounts or promotional activities.

Businesses remain responsible for delivering any sponsored reward they have agreed to provide.

7. Business Pro Services

Business Pro subscriptions may provide access to additional features, including:

• Enhanced visibility
• Promotional tools
• Deals and offers
• Guru Games participation
• Additional platform features

GuideGuru may change Pro features from time to time.

8. Subscription Fees

Business Pro services may require payment.

Businesses agree to pay applicable fees when due.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of Pro features
• Downgrading to Free status
• Removal of promotions
• Account restrictions

9. Suspension and Removal

GuideGuru may suspend or terminate business accounts where there is evidence of:

• Fraud
• False information
• Customer abuse
• Repeated complaints
• Failure to honour promotions
• Non-payment
• Violation of platform policies

10. Customer Relationships

Businesses are solely responsible for transactions, products, services, warranties, refunds and customer interactions.

GuideGuru is not a party to transactions between businesses and customers.

11. Intellectual Property

Businesses retain ownership of content they upload.

By submitting content to GuideGuru, businesses grant GuideGuru a non-exclusive right to display, edit, promote and market that content on the platform and related marketing channels.

12. Limitation of Liability

GuideGuru shall not be liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, customer disputes, marketing performance, listing performance or business outcomes resulting from platform use.
