These Membership Terms apply to GuideGuru customer accounts, including Free Customer Accounts and Member+ Accounts.
GuideGuru currently offers:
Member+ benefits may include discounts, special offers, QR-based redemptions, rewards, promotions, Guru Games access and other benefits made available from time to time.
Benefits may differ by area, business participation, campaign availability and platform updates.
Membership benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to another person.
GuideGuru may use QR codes, validation codes or digital checks to verify membership benefits and redemptions.
A business may refuse a redemption if the QR code is invalid, expired, already used, suspicious or not linked to an active eligible account.
Deals and benefits are subject to business participation and availability.
GuideGuru does not guarantee that every business will offer a deal at all times.
Member+ may require a recurring subscription fee or fixed-period access fee.
Fees, billing periods and renewal rules will be shown before purchase where applicable.
Members may cancel their membership according to the cancellation method provided by GuideGuru or the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for time already used unless required by law or approved by GuideGuru.
GuideGuru may suspend, restrict or cancel membership access where abuse is suspected.
Abuse includes:
GuideGuru may add, remove or change membership benefits at any time.
Businesses may also change, pause or end offers, subject to platform rules.
